The tailgate staple.
- 3 garlic cloves – chopped
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon chipotle puree
- 1 tablespoon parsley – finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon oregano – finely chopped
- 2 pounds of wings
- Salt and pepper as desired
- Tablespoon of hot sauce – not required, but recommended for those who some extra kick
In a sealable plastic container (a freezer bag would also work just fine) add all ingredients. Make sure to securely seal the container. Mix container vigorously to ensure complete sauce coverage of the wings. Grill over medium-hot coals until fully cooked, making sure to rotate and flip wings every 1-2 minutes.
