Forget about dieting. Add some extra fat to your burgers at your next tailgate.
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 2 T. Worcestershire Sauce
- 2 tsp. Seasoned Salt
- 2 tsp. Black Pepper
- 2 Egg Yolks
- ¼ cup butter (cut into 4 equal pats)
- Sliced Tomato
- Sliced Onion
- 4 Large Lettuce Leaves
- Sliced Cheese of Choice
By hand, mix ground beef, Worcestershire Sauce, seasoned salt, black pepper and egg yolks. Form burgers in ¾” thick patties (approx. ¼ lb. each). While forming burgers use your index and middle finger to create a “pocket” in the patty. Place one pat of butter into the burger and re-form burger (you have now effectively created the unhealthiest burger ever). Repeat the process to make 4 burgers.
Grill as desired. Add onion, lettuce, and tomato if you are feeling conscious about the extreme fat intake, or add your favorite to cheese to enhance your loyalty to an unhealthy lifestyle.
